Darrel Jarvis

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman

Darrel has more than 20 years management and professional consulting experience in the agricultural industry. He was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Heytesbury Pty Ltd, responsible for the company's total operations involving approximately $1.0 billion turnover throughout Australia, the United Kingdom and South East Asia. Darrel was responsible for the overall strategic growth of the Vasse Felix winery and vineyard at Margaret River.

Darrel has been an integral part of establishing Palandri and overseeing the growth from 3 staff to now over 80 staff nationally and 10 internationally.

Darrel is currently the President of The Royal Institute for the Blind.

Chris has been a partner of the William Buck Group, Chartered Accountants, since 1988. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Law and Accounting), a Masters of Business Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration in the field of "Commercialisation of Intellectual Capital".

Chris has held influential business appointments, including international trusteeships for offshore clients, directorships of public listed companies in Australia and the USA and directorships of private companies in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, New Zealand, England and the USA. Chris is a Member of the World Institute of Management Consultants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Certified Practising Accountant.


Robin Day

Robin is the principal of Domain Day Consulting, an international wine consultancy which consults to clients in Australia, Chile, New Zealand, South Africa and India on matters of strategic planning, winemaking, wine business management, winery process design and other issues of importance to wine producers. Robin is a proprietor of Domain Day, a vineyard at Mt. Crawford in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

Robin has had 30 years experience in the winemaking industry and has worked with some of the major international wine brands in Australia including Jacobs Creek, Orlando, and most recently, the Pernod Ricard Group.


Geoff Green

Geoff Green

Non Executive Director

Geoff Green has more than 25 years experience in corporate law, financial markets and private equity transactions, including extensive experience in legal, government and corporate and consulting environments.

Geoff holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

During his career, Geoff has held senior positions with leading Australian law firms and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission as well as a range of private and public company directorships. He is currently managing director of GRG Momentum, a boutique corporate advisory firm, and a partner with BSG Legal.

Geoff was appointed to the board as a non-executive director in November 2006.
