THE MANAGEMENT, CELLAR AND CAFE TEAM
The 3 Oceans team is based at our Margaret River Winery site. From our passionate wine making crew through to the professional Front of House staff, the Palandri team provides exceptional service and results.
Vintage for 2010 is now finished and the winemakers and cellarhands have put in long hours to ensure another fantastic range of varieties will be available from mid year. 3 Oceans currently has two resident winemakers headed by senior winemaker, Ben Roodhouse. Our team of regular cellarhands provide year round assistance with extra "Vintage" cellarhands over the busy processing months.
Front of House management and staff are gearing up for another busy year in the cafe, cellar door and gift store. The staff specialise in friendly, professional service with superior product knowledge. And of course the kitchen staff under the guidance of head chef, Richard Burns, provide the delights for the cafe and our in-house produce range.
Our accounting and administration staff are also now on site, ensuring the smooth running of 3 Oceans.
