These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must stop using this site.
3 Oceans Wine Company is an Australian winery and producer of the wine brands, Palandri and Baldivis.
WARNING
You must be 18 years of age or over to order any wine advertised on this site. By submitting an order for wine via this site, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over. No responsibility can or will be taken by 3 Oceans Wine Company if you illegally submit an order. Products for sale via this site will require you to confirm on the order form that you are aged 18 years or over.
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises. It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
You fully indemnify us against any breach or failure of such confirmation which results in any legal action being taken against 3 Oceans Wine Company.

SERVICE AND DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 3 days of the payment for the order being cleared, and we generally allow 7-14 working days from consignment. If an order cannot be fulfilled then 3 Oceans Wine Company will advise you within two working days through your available contact method.
3 Oceans Wine Company accepts full responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our website.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
On the rare occasions that incorrect goods are delivered, 3 Oceans Wine Company will fully refund or replace the bottle concerned, including shipping costs, provided they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery.
If a wine is found to be faulty, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund, provided that the faulty bottle and contents is returned promptly to us after opening.
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your wine is received in good condition. Should your wine not arrive in satisfactory condition, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery. Whilst your wine will be replaced or fully refunded, 3 Oceans Wine Company requires damaged goods to be returned within 21 working days so we can take action with the carrier.
Merchandise purchased in the Cellar Door and found to be faulty may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Valid receipt required as proof of purchase.
PRICING
Prices are subject to alteration. We shall endeavour to update the website prices whenever a change takes place. We shall contact you prior to accepting the order if there has been a change in price.
All wines offered are subject to availability and remain the property of 3 Oceans Wine Company until payment is received in full.
10% GST payable on purchases within Australia is included in the prices.
3 Oceans Wine Company may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any variations will be posted on the website.
