THE CHAIRMAN

The Chairman' Shiraz is crafted from hand-selected fruit to produce wines that are generous in flavour, yet elegant in style. Grapes for the wines were carefully sourced from our cool Frankland River Vineyard and aged gracefully in the winery cellars for 2 years. 

A classic cool climate Shiraz which offers a complex elegant nose and a palate of ripe dark berries. Blueberries, black pepper and spicy accents.

This wine offers a rich and velvety mouth feel and is carefully balanced, combining with clean acid to give great palate structure and length, and soft, ripe tannins with spicy vanillin character from the use of tight grain French & American oak barriques.
