    The Estates range of wines are elegant and rich in flavor and are partly produced from Frankland River, one of the coolest and most isolated wine growing regions in Australia. The range has been named after the two unique 3 Oceans Estate vineyards in Margaret River (Home Block Vineyard) and Frankland River (Wilkes Vineyard).

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Tropical characters from the Sauvignon Blanc combine with
lifted lemon and fresh herb characters from Semillon,
create an enticing aroma that is delicately expressed and
retained on the palate with minerality and bright acidity.

The best parcels of fruit were harvested between 11 and 12 Baume. Following gentle pressing, the juice was cold settled and racked. Following fermentation, the wine batches remained on fine lees in tank to build further complexity, palate texture, and weight.

Shiraz from our Frankland River Estate is matured in a combination of French, American and Hungarian barriques for 12 months. The rich and attractive redskin fruits dominate the nose and palate and are complemented by nuances of aniseed and black olives. Compelling and rich.

The fruit for this wine is sourced from our Wilkes vineyard in Frankland River and picked at night to preserve the red berry flavours. The wine was then cold soaked before fermentation for 10 days and then pressed off it skins. The wine was matured in a mix of French, American and Hungarian oak for 12 months before being blended and bottled.

Chardonnay

2014

The Chardonnay from our Frankland River vineyard is 100% barrel fermented and matured in French oak, gaining creamy texture and complexity from regular lees stirring for a further 6 months. Layers of citrus and white stone fruit sit atop the creamy flavours and texture, and are balanced by beautifully seasoned oak and bright lemony acidity.

The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness. Fermentation was done in French oak barriques with a moderate turbidity to help build palate texture and weight. Following fermentation the wine batches remained in the French oak barriques on lees for 6 months to build further complexity and structure.

Made from estate grown Chardonnay. Bright lemon sorbet and lime zest aromas delight and entice. Delicate fine bead, lean tight citrus fruits and a creamy mid palate. This
sparkling is the perfect aperitif for any occasion.

Chardonnay grapes are picked early to preserve lemon lime flavours. Only free run juice was used to make the Blanc de blanc . The clarified juice was cold fermented in
small stainless steel vessels then transferred to bottle to undergo secondary fermentation for 12 months before disgorging and corking.

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

2013

The Estates Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot batches was fermented individually over 12 days and pumped over every 10 hours to extract the colour, aroma, flavours and soft tannin profile this wine shows. After fermentation the wine was transferred to small French oak barriques to complete malo lactic fermentation and maturation over 12 months.

The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes to make this blend were selected from the 3 oceans vineyards in Frankland River and Margaret River bringing together two of Western Australia's Premier wine growing regions to produce The Estates Cabernet Merlot . Aromas of red berry spice and hints of Vanilla show up on the nose giving way to a palate of blackcurrants and chocolate mocha. The Wine has a great length and a soft tannin finish.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon 15% Merlot.
